Miracles Part 2

Good morning Girls, as promised this is the concluding article on my girls operation and God's wonders.

Well it’s almost a year after I wrote this. Well some may wonder what happened with Mutago. Well Mutago is alive and running around. She got a heart surgery 10th of May 2011. They usually perform two surgeries on children with such conditions, the second one after 6 months. But God is good and merciful, Mutago good both operations at the same time, as she was already “passed age”. Well my first article stared with the words “I have never seen a miracle in my life”, well I have. I have seen a miracle in my life, Mutago was that miracle. It was shocking to the doctors how this 6 year old girl survived with such a condition all this years, and how she could look so normal. It also amazed me when I saw other children younger then her, even babies that really looked like they where sick, but in Mutago’s life I have not seen her as a child who was sick, except for the blue colour of her toe nails, hands and tongue. Her physical appearance was normal. That was one of the miracles I saw, when the doctors where amazed how she survived for so long. I saw God in it, there was or is no logical or medical explanation as to how that happened. It was God all along, keeping the every heart beat of my baby, giving strength to that little engine of her body. The second miracle I saw was the recovering of Mutago. After the surgery there were no complications to recovery. Even though she was in pain and her lungs could not hold enough air on some days but she recovered fully in no time. This also amazed the medical stuff. She obtained two surgeries once and recovered in no time. Now tell me if God did not give me the desires of my heart? Maybe not in the way I expected, but hey His ways are higher then ours and His thoughts even much greater. I am glad that God is the God of miracles, and that He never leaves us in our darkest hours, that He is our light and most of all our Healer, both physically and spiritually.

String-attached mistakes

"I know what I am doing Baby, I was taught this way at the driving school!", were my words to my husband when he advised me on how to park our new car. Well maybe I did know, but just like a baby thinks she knows how to unwrap a sweet and insist to do it by herself. My first born never wanted anyone to unwrap a sweet for her, she always thought she can do it by herself, and if it was impossible she would give give it to you to help her, BUT, if you unwrap it completely it will mean war! Tomorrow

Tomorrow I want to wake up to a greener world. I want to open my eyes tomorrow And see the sunlight shine through my window. Tomorrow I pray that there will be sunshine through the clouds. I want to wake up and smile, I want to forget about today, tomorrow. There is a place my heart longs for, a song my soul wants to hear. There is a melody I want to hum to. There is a smell I long for, and a rest my heart can't wait for. O, how my soul longs to see that beautiful place, where I will be free, free from the struggles of today. Free and redeemed forever.
